1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Only purchases made directly from PHOTONSORA are eligible for returns.
- Clearance items, promotional gifts, and personalized products are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:

- We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
- Ship the item back to us at the provided return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective product).
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

We allow exchanges for a different shade or product under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a product issue.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or opened lip products.
- Clearance or sale items.
